About The Position

Requirements

• Strong expertise in BMC Helix ITSM / Innovation Suite / Remedy
• Proficiency in workflow development (Active Links, Filters, Escalations)
• Experience with APIs & integrations (REST/SOAP)
• 10+ years of Helix development experience
• Understanding of ITIL service management processes
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Stakeholder management skills
• Leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Develop workflows using Active Links, Filters, and Escalations within BMC Helix.
• Implement and manage APIs and integrations using REST/SOAP.
• Perform BMC Helix migrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the BMC Helix environment.
• Manage stakeholders and provide leadership on development projects.
