Blow Mold Operator 2
About The Position
As a Blow Mold Operator II, you will bring experience to ensure quality standards, productivity, efficiency with limited production down time. This role is responsible for shift line operation and performance, performing daily set-up, maintenance, changeovers and troubleshooting. You will also schedule and conduct all PM tasking for the blow molder production lines, ensure adherence to quality standards, and perform daily set up and bottle-size changeovers on all equipment. Following and supporting all safety programs, maximizing performance of blow mold equipment, conducting quality checks and implementing corrective action as necessary, and preserving blow mold equipment through proper cleaning are key aspects of this role. You will be responsible for bringing the machine up from a cold condition to a full production operation ensuring the container meets quality specifications.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience working in a facility that runs blow molders.
- Understands blow mold operations
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Team player who leads by example.
- Read, write, speak and understand verbal and written schedules, instructions, requests, etc. in English.
Nice To Haves
- Uniloy experience preferred.
- Certification/Technical School preferred.
- Electrical background preferred.
- Bilingual candidates preferred.
