During the Blood Bank’s initial growth phase, this position also provides clinical and operational support to Critical Care to meet patient and hospital needs. Over time, responsibilities transition more fully into a dedicated Blood Bank focus, contributing to program expansion, process consistency, and continuous improvement efforts in a collaborative hospital environment.
