Requirements
- University degree in computer science or related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- 10 to 12 years' experience in systems development.
- Strong experience in blockchain development and distributed systems
- Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Python
- Deep understanding of smart contracts, cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and Web3 technologies
- Experience with frameworks/tools such as Hardhat, Truffle, and Foundry
- Familiarity with DeFi, NFTs, wallets, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721)
- Knowledge of security best practices and vulnerability mitigation
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and agile development
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
- Relevant blockchain certifications or published projects
Responsibilities
- Design and develop blockchain-based applications and smart contracts
- Build and maintain decentralized systems using platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, or Hyperledger Besu
- Write secure, efficient smart contracts using languages like Solidity or Rust
- Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and security audits
- Optimize blockchain performance, scalability, and transaction efficiency
- Integrate blockchain solutions with APIs, databases, and cloud services
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership
- Stay updated on emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and best practices
