About The Position

The Blending Operator manages the operation of baler equipment, packages finished and partial bales, and operates powered industrial trucks. The role also includes maintaining records and other documentation, keeping the work area clean and organized, and remaining focused on safety. The position requires the ability to meet its physical demands, follow instructions, maintain good attendance, communicate effectively, and adapt to where help is needed.

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including continuous standing, frequent walking, frequent pushing and pulling, and frequent bending and stooping.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions.
