Blending Operator
About The Position
The Blending Operator is responsible for handling aged pepper mash and preparing it for blending as part of the TABASCO® Brand production process. The role contributes to product quality and consistency from initial preparation through the final mixing of ingredients. The operator receives and prepares aged pepper mash, handles and transports mash barrels, maintains cleanliness, stores ingredients correctly, operates blending equipment, weighs ingredients, and ensures flavors meet recipe requirements. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to perform the essential job functions and meet the physical requirements.
- Must be certified to operate a forklift and/or attachments such as a grabber, and pass required training.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree or higher level of formal education.
- Two years of fast-paced manufacturing experience.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if needed.
