Requirements

Must be able to work the third shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM).
Ability to operate manual pallet jack, electrical pallet jack, and forklift.

Responsibilities

Ensures strict adherence to GMPs, safety, sanitation, and other company regulations.
Come to work as early as necessary to have product kits and materials ready before line workers arrive.
Performs Production line material acquisition and distribution, to preparing for processing.
Identifies work order kits and has them quality-approved before they enter the production floor.
Prep and prepare shoppack.
Verify material to match picking report (Item number, UST Lot number, Supplier lot number, UST ID number, Revision number, Quantities).
Ensures materials to point of use.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
May also keep records on number of materials received from and shipped to the warehouse.
Perform and operate manual pallet jack, electrical pallet jack and forklift.
Proposes Improvements of processes, and products.
Able to change and advocates change to establish improved methods of production.
Supports improvement projects from within the department or others.
Participate and conduct regular SQDIC meetings.
Maintain 5S standards in his/her area of direct responsibility.
