This is a 6pm-6:30am schedule on a 2-2-3 rotation. The role involves verifying label information, loading ingredients into the blender in the specified order, and maintaining equipment and work areas to ensure good housekeeping and 5S standards. It also requires maintaining appropriate separation of materials and equipment by food allergens, meeting production needs while minimizing shrink and downtime, and conducting basic troubleshooting of blending equipment. Accurate completion of paperwork and transactions, identification of Critical Control Points (CCP), and active participation in shift exchanges and team meetings are also key responsibilities. Understanding and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is essential, as is the ability to work with dairy, nut products, and other related ingredients and allergens. Safety protocols must be followed, including stopping unsafe acts, obeying facility rules, and reporting hazards.
