About The Position
This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process and ensuring proper ingredients supplies are being used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisor, and management.
- Ability to understand and convey written and oral communication.
- Must be in current position for at least 6 months if not a promotion.
- Must not have more than 4 attendance points.
- No suspension in the last 6 months.
- This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.
- Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
