Requirements
- Excellent communications skills and be able to communicate with coworkers, supervisor, and management.
- Must be able to understand and convey written and oral communication.
- Must have at least 3 months of work experience with the same employer.
- Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 90 days and are limited to three (3) times of employment.
- The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process.
- Ensuring proper ingredients supplies are being used on the line.
- Monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed.
- Notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance.
- Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
