About The Position

This position is responsible for operating the MDM Blender. The operator fills the blender with 2,100 to 2,400 pounds of deboned meat, adds one bag of cure and two bags of salt, and blends the contents for eight minutes before unloading. The operator also records the ingredients used in each batch and may perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. This role is intended for team members currently working at the facility or complex; if no current facility team member is selected, other internal team members will be considered before external candidates.
