About The Position
Responsible for the maintenance of Mililani Town Association’s facilities.
Requirements
- Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Must be able to compute rate, ratio, and percentages to ensure proper mixture of materials used to clean in accordance with labeling
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Knowledge in related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must possess a driver’s license
- Attend training sessions as assigned by management
Responsibilities
- Operates various maintenance equipment
- Uses proper cleaning materials and industrial maintenance methods
- Follows written and oral instructions and all polices and procedures
- Adheres to maintenance schedules
- Performs all of the Building Maintenance Worker’s duties; (i.e.) janitorial, buffing, mopping
- Emptying waste stations and other assigned duties
- Performs all other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager
