About The Position

Responsible for the maintenance of Mililani Town Association’s facilities. This role involves operating various maintenance equipment, using proper cleaning materials and industrial maintenance methods, and following all policies and procedures. The position requires adherence to maintenance schedules and performing janitorial duties such as buffing, mopping, and emptying waste stations.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages to ensure proper mixture of materials used to clean in accordance with labeling
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Knowledge in related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must possess a driver’s license
• Must be available to work day shift Tuesday through Saturday
