This role involves maintaining the racetrack and property through routine repairs, painting, and general maintenance. Responsibilities include replacing HVAC and smoke eater filters, notifying management of needed repairs, removing snow, ice, and debris from entrances and walkways, and maintaining exterior grounds and parking lots. The position also requires maintaining floor cleanliness, communicating inventory status, performing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks, and reporting any observed security, environmental, health and safety concerns, or equipment malfunctions. The role also promotes superior guest service. This position requires driving water trucks or a spreader truck on the harness racing track between races during the live racing season (within the property). During the off-season, duties include vehicle maintenance, snow removal on property, and other assigned tasks. Team members are required to join the Teamsters Union after 90 days of employment.
