About The Position

Staples Promotional Products, a division of Staples, provides customized merchandise solutions for customers. The Blank Picker Packer uses Pick-To-Voice technology to pick and pack products for customer orders or for decoration, prepares garments for production, and supports other distribution operations as needed. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions and safety procedures, and collaboration with internal and external partners.

The position pays $19.00 per hour and works Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic English language skills, including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 50% of the time.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve results.
• Ability to deliver projects on time.
• Safety-focused approach and ability to follow procedures while performing job duties.
• Ability to accurately pick customer orders with fewer than four errors per month.
• Attention to detail to ensure items are packed and shipped accurately.
• Ability to understand and follow written or verbal instructions.

• Prior related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use Pick-To-Voice technology to pick and pack products for customer orders or items to be decorated.
• Assist in other distribution areas as needed, including inventory, returns, shipping, and receiving.
• Pick products throughout the warehouse and confirm orders in the system.
• Prepare garments, verify counts, and ensure products are ready for production by a piece-rate operator.
• Place received production work into specified bins.
• Replenish bins throughout the warehouse.
