About The Position
The BXCI Finance Summer Analyst Program seeks to offer comprehensive experience to college juniors who are interested in a career in credit finance. Our program is designed to develop talent as well as identify top candidates for the full-time BXCI Finance Analyst position. The Summer Analyst program offers hands-on experience across BXCI Finance, where Analysts will have direct exposure to senior-level management, engaging mentors, development opportunities and targeted training to enhance technical, analytical and communication skills. There will be a variety of projects and responsibilities available to the Summer Analyst depending on the group they are placed in, including, but not limited to performing financial analyses, maintaining financial models, forecasting P&L and capital metrics, performance tracking, quarterly management reporting, and quarterly SEC reporting.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
- Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2027 – Spring 2028
- Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
- Resume must be in PDF format
- Strong academic record
- Self-starter, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Collaborative team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Adapts effectively to new challenges in a dynamic environment while handling multiple projects
- Strong work ethic, professional integrity, a positive attitude, and genuine passion for excellence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
