About The Position
We are looking for an experienced BlackLine Finance Consultant for our global manufacturing client on a project basis. This contract role is fully remote.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- 3+ years of relevant pharmaceutical and/or Fortune 500 experience
- 2+ years of matching experience in BlackLine
- Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of corporate accounting experience preparing financial close deliverables at publicly traded entity preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform financial close process activities including account reconciliations and matching in BlackLine
- Complete BlackLine administration functions including grouping accounts and reassigning reconciliations
- Perform internal control review and documentation
- Analyze key metrics
- Respond timely to project leader communications and proactively research and resolve action items with a very high sense of urgency
