About The Position

Learn how to deal Blackjack and start a new career. If you are looking for a part-time job that pays well, or looking for a career in the fun and exciting casino entertainment field, then apply to participate in our Dealer Training school. At the conclusion of these classes, participants will have the opportunity to audition to become part of the Rocky Gap Casino Professional Dealers team.

Requirements

Must attend each class.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be polite.
Must present a neat appearance at all times.
Ability to work with others as a team in an efficient manner.
Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations.
Proven experience providing high level of guest service.
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide.
Ability to read, write, comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
Availability to work all shifts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stressful situations.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
Ability to verify the right to work in the United States.
