As a Black Belt Continuous Improvement Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Simultaneously lead / execute 3-5 complex, prioritized, cross-functional initiatives delivering expected results. Collaborates with leadership team to determine initiative objectives, establish priorities and timetables, determine improvement approach(es), develop improvement actions, assign/lead resources/tasks to deliver on operational and/or financials goals targeted. Report on key milestones and critical business initiatives to ensure timely delivery. Use lean value stream mapping and DMAIC to collaborate with business leaders. Proactively identifies, helps prioritize, manages, and guides implementation of approved projects and front-line problem solving. Build our organizational continuous improvement culture by partnering with Solventum CI to coach functional team members during white / yellow belt training and through their respective projects. Lead assigned kaizen events as requested. Deliver $1M in annual project benefits while driving improvements in customer experience on respective projects. Facilitate change management with projects through delivery / conclusion.
