About The Position

RAM Hotels is seeking a friendly and energetic Bistro Server to provide excellent customer service and create stellar guest experiences. This role involves preparing food and drinks, maintaining brand standards, ensuring a clean and safe work environment, and operating the point-of-sale system. The server will also act as a concierge, providing information on local attractions and activities. Requirements

Excellent customer service skills and a stable work history.
Must be able to work entire shift on feet at a quick pace.
Must be flexible to work any shift as needed to include weekends.
Knowledge of basic drink recipes.
Knowledge of bar equipment.
Knowledge of safety rules for kitchen equipment.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a high pace and hot environment.
Stand and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to express compassion while remaining composed.
Ability to remain calm and focused while working under pressure.
Promote the property by demonstrating a “top-notch” attitude toward guests, including anticipating their needs.
Ensure you are always a positive representation of the property.

Nice To Haves

Preferably 6 months experience in Food and Beverage service.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Consistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests.
Anticipate guests needs and answer questions pertaining to their visit.
Respond promptly and be familiar with property location, amenities, and local attractions.
Resolve guests' complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
Complete all required brand-specific and health and safety training.
Adhere to all property-specific brand standards.
Operate the point-of-sale system.
Prepare food and beverage while complying with brand standards.
Serve guests in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace.
Perform other tasks as necessary or to meet or exceed guest satisfaction.
