About The Position

Join our team as a PM Bistro Bartender / Food & Beverage Associate! In this role, you'll provide exceptional guest service while preparing and serving food, cocktails, beer, wine, coffee beverages, and grab-and-go items in our evening Bistro. This position is part of a two-person team, requiring flexibility, teamwork, and a hands-on approach to all aspects of the operation. Requirements

Previous bartending, restaurant, hotel, café, or food & beverage experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with cash handling and POS systems preferred.
TIPS Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30 days; company provided).
Food Handler Certification preferred.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, professional service to hotel guests.
Prepare and serve food, cocktails, beer, wine, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Operate POS systems and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
Set up, stock, and maintain the Bistro, bar, and dining areas.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Assist with inventory, restocking, dishwashing, and cleaning throughout the shift.
Complete opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and equipment shutdown.
Work closely with your teammate to ensure smooth evening operations.
