Requirements

• Open availability 6AM-2PM, including weekends.
• Meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Comfortable with financial calculations related to billing and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and help them navigate the menu.
• Keep the buffet stocked and looking fresh.
• Handle orders with speed and accuracy using our POS system.
• Handle cash transactions with precision and confidence.
• Work hand-in-hand with the kitchen and hotel crew to keep things flowing.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Participate in daily Stand-up Meetings.
