This is a seasonal position, running from approximately October 1, 2026, through April 15, 2027. The Bistro Assistant Manager will be responsible for performing various Bistro duties, including short-order cooking for a limited menu, operating the cash register at the front counter when needed, delivering draft beer and limited cocktails, and adapting to a changing weekly schedule within the five days the Bistro is open. This role operates under the direct supervision of the Bistro Co-Managers.
