About The Position
We’re looking for an energetic and results-driven Birthday Party Sales & Event Manager to lead birthday party sales, event planning, and guest experience operations. In this role, you’ll manage inquiries, convert leads into bookings, assist guests with party packages and add-ons, and coordinate event logistics to ensure every celebration runs smoothly. You’ll also supervise party hosts, track sales performance, and resolve guest concerns to deliver outstanding service. Strong communication, organizational skills, and leadership experience will help you succeed. Also, fluency in English and Spanish is required.
