About The Position

Join Our Birthday Party Team! Who doesn’t love a great party? We sure do! Inclusion Sports Performance Training (ISPT) is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and dependable individuals to join our Birthday Party Team! As a Birthday Party Facilitator/Host, you’ll help create fun, exciting, and memorable celebrations for children and their families. You’ll be responsible for keeping the party organized, engaging the children, and making sure everyone has a safe and fantastic experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• Energetic, outgoing, responsible, patient, and loves working with children.
• Comfortable taking the lead, engaging a group, thinking on your feet, and bringing plenty of enthusiasm to every celebration.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with children, camps, recreation, gymnastics, sports, or birthday parties is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Lead and facilitate fun, age-appropriate activities and games.
• Keep children engaged, entertained, and safely supervised throughout the party.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and organized party environment.
• Help keep the party running smoothly and on schedule.
• Assist with setup before the party and cleanup afterward.
• Serve food and beverages as needed.
• Help families and guests feel welcomed and supported.
• Create a fun, upbeat atmosphere that keeps the celebration exciting.
• Be attentive to safety and the needs of all children throughout the event.
• Work as part of a team to ensure every party is a success.
