Join our team at one of Brooklyn’s most scenic attractions, featuring views of Manhattan, the Brooklyn Bridge, and the Statue of Liberty. We’re seeking friendly, dependable, and energetic team members to help create unforgettable birthday experiences for our guests. The Birthday Host ensures each party runs smoothly while delivering a clean, fun, friendly, and safe experience for guests.
Requirements
- Customer service or event hosting experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends
Responsibilities
- Keep birthday parties organized and on schedule
- Engage the birthday child during special moments (DJ booth visit, candle lighting)
- Attend to parents and guests to ensure an exceptional experience
- Offer add-ons (e.g., unlimited soda packages for adults)
- Assist with food preparation and service
- Support general rink operations as needed
