Join Ecolab as a Bird Removal Technician, you’ll help customers maintain safe, bird-free environments while building strong relationships and solving real-world challenges. As a Bird Removal Technician, you will be the face of Ecolab - working directly with customers in commercial environments to identify and resolve bird-related issues. You’ll combine hands-on technical work with customer interaction, all while receiving training and support to grow your career.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Position requires a current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
• Residence within 50 miles of Pittsburgh, PA
• Ecolab conducts a background check on all candidates who receive a job offer
• Due to federal contract requirements, this position requires a drug test including THC for all candidates who receive a job offer
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and use lifts
• Ability to travel long distances to customer sites

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pest control, wildlife control, or field service roles
• Customer service experience
• Mechanical or equipment operation experience
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer facilities to identify bird activity and risks
• Recommend and implement bird control solutions tailored to customer needs
• Educate customers on prevention techniques and bird behavior
• Provide responsive, high-quality service to build strong customer relationships
• Adapt to changing job conditions and solving problems in the field
• Travel to customer locations using your company vehicle
