About The Position
Experienced associate attorney to join its thriving biology, biotechnology, and chemical patent litigation practice. This position will provide the opportunity to work on a wide variety of patent litigation matters in the biology, biotechnology, chemical, and pharmaceutical fields with quality domestic and foreign clients.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, organic chemistry, pharmacology, or a related field.
- Three to five years of biologics, pharmaceutical, chemical or biotech litigation, PTAB, and/or related patent litigation experience.
- Top academic credentials.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well on a team.
Nice To Haves
- Registration to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office is preferred.
- Prior experience working on BPCIA and/or Hatch Waxman litigation matters is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare subpoenas duces tecum and ensure proper service.
