About The Position

The Biotech Production Coordinator maintains and coordinates inventory, scheduling, sampling, and documentation requirements for manufacturing. The role facilitates inventory and documentation activities and performs manufacturing record-related tasks. It also serves as a liaison between manufacturing and other functional areas as needed.

This is a first-shift position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–2+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to decipher and navigate a variety of systems, data, calculations, and documentation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a cGMP environment, quality assurance, project management, or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle management of documentation.
• Prepare routine and non-routine progress reports and track various KPIs.
• Maintain inventory systems through investigations, weekly reviews, reconciliations, and related activities to ensure accuracy.
• Perform and interpret analyses of GMP and GxP data.
• Create and review sampling intake for manufacturing unit operations and protocols, following appropriate documentation before operators go onto the floor.
• Coordinate material needs using various systems and forms to support production continuity.
• Ensure systematic bills of materials are created and maintained for production needs.
• Evaluate, initiate, and monitor deviations and other compliance events.
• Coordinate, review, and catalogue various types of manufacturing documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between manufacturing and other functional areas as needed.
