Requirements

Bachelor of Science in biochemical engineering, life science, or related field
3+ years of experience in bioprocessing or process engineering
Experience with R&D and pilot-scale equipment (bioreactors, centrifugation, filtration, homogenization, spray drying)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Positive and intellectually curious
Team player

Responsibilities

Operate bioreactors, centrifuges, filtration systems, and more while ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Ensure equipment setup and optimization.
Collaborate with clients on process development and scale-up strategies.
Continue refining SOPs or troubleshooting technical challenges.
Document findings through detailed reports and presentations.
Maintain critical equipment.
Stay ahead of industry advancements, serving as a trusted expert in bioprocessing every step of the way.
