About The Position

Trimedx is hiring a Biomedical Equipment Technician to maintain the performance, safety, and availability of clinical equipment. The role involves repairing and calibrating complex medical equipment, helping ensure care is uninterrupted, and guiding clinicians in safe and effective equipment use. It also supports operations through accurate documentation, compliance, and inventory control.

The technician works with clinicians, vendors, and leadership, using independent judgment and technical troubleshooting skills. Trimedx describes the role as offering early responsibility, mentorship, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth and promotion.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of biomedical equipment experience in a clinical engineering environment.
• Strong technical skills in systems, diagnostics, hardware repair, and error code interpretation.
• Associate degree in an electronics or technical field, equivalent experience, or TRIMEDX certification.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

• CBET certification preferred.

• Maintain, repair, and calibrate complex clinical equipment.
