Remote Biology Expert
About The Position
Turing is hiring Biology Experts for remote contract assignments supporting cutting-edge projects with leading AI labs. Experts will use their biology knowledge to help fine-tune large language models, evaluate their performance, and collaborate with researchers to develop and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate- through PhD-level biology topics. No prior AI experience is required. Assignments are contract roles with defined start and end dates and may offer up to 40 hours per week. Pay is $100 or more per hour, depending on the role and candidate expertise. Shortlisted candidates must complete an evaluation before selection. Requirements
- A PhD, either in progress or completed, in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Strong biology reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced domains.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and provide structured feedback.
