About The Position
Turing is hiring remote contract Biology Experts to help fine-tune large language models using specialized biology knowledge. Experts design challenging biology problems, create rigorous step-by-step solutions, evaluate AI-generated responses, and collaborate with researchers to develop and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate- to PhD-level biology topics. No prior AI experience is required. Work is organized as contract assignments with defined start and end dates, and may be up to 40 hours per week. The stated pay rate is $100 or more per hour, depending on the role and candidate expertise. Shortlisted candidates complete an evaluation before selection. Requirements
