About The Position
Will perform research in the lab to understand how disease-correlated mutations in genes are causative of so-called dyneinopathies.
Requirements
- Must know how to purify dynein from budding yeast
- Perform single molecule motility assays using TIRF microscopy

- Existing knowledge that would permit them to dissect tetrads and perform genetic analysis of resulting progeny
