Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, collaborative laboratory conducting protein characterization methods such as chromatographic, spectroscopic and other detection techniques
  • Demonstrated experience on Agilent systems and with a working knowledge of Empower software to perform capture and data analysis
  • Strong organizational skills, good lab safety awareness and effective oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, capable of working independently, and in a collaborative environment
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or similar scientific discipline
  • Authorization to work in the country indefinitely without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analytical methods to support analysis, monitoring and characterization of samples used in developing and scaling processes for biological therapeutic treatments
  • Perform quantification and characterization methods including UPLC/HPLC, iCE, CE, and N-glycan analyses to be applied against proteins, antibodies, peptides, and conjugates
  • Prepare buffers and solutions, maintain laboratory space and equipment, and support routine lab operations as required.
  • Maintain written records (electronic lab notebooks and databases) of all experimental work in accordance with Good Documentation Practices
  • Analyze, summarize, and present experimental data and maintain accurate records in client-provided electronic lab notebooks (ELNs).
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners, proactively communicating issue, discussing prioritization, and seeking guidance when needed.
  • Stay flexible and open to learning new techniques and technologies as project needs evolve.
