About The Position

Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company, providing a unique range of analytical testing services to clients across multiple industries, to make life and our environment safer, healthier and more sustainable. The role involves the maintenance of mammalian cell lines and performing single and/or multi-color flow cytometry experiments. The successful candidate will be responsible for experiment documentation, timely delivery of data, and assisting in troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation. This position also requires developing and maintaining knowledge of various aspects of laboratory operations.

Requirements

Analytical/Problem Solving Skills
BS, >4 yrs exp in a related field or MS, 0-2 yrs exp
Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep timely and accurate records, follow instructions, ability to identify and implement operational and organizational improvements, and comply with company policies and GLP processes, while delivering the highest standard of quality data
Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of mammalian cell cultures
Strong demonstrated aseptic technique
Exposure to operating and programming laboratory automation and liquid handling
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
