About The Position

The Bingo Manager will manage, direct, and supervise all personnel assigned to the Bingo Department. This role involves implementing policies, procedures, and guidelines, safeguarding company assets, and controlling funds and access to sensitive areas. The manager will handle guest complaints, schedule team members, develop promotional ideas, and ensure the best pricing for the company. Budgeting, expense control, promoting teamwork, and enforcing Minimum Internal Control Standards are key responsibilities. The role also requires conducting effective financial planning, forecasting, and daily audits of bingo games and operations.

Responsibilities

Manage, direct, and supervise all personnel assigned to the Bingo Department.
Implement Bingo Department policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Safeguard the Company's assets and institute and follow guidelines for controlling all funds and access to all sensitive areas.
Handle Guest complaints in a manner consistent with Company guidelines.
Schedule Team Members.
Institute promotional ideas and obtain the best pricing for the Company.
Budget appropriately and safeguard Company expenses.
Promote teamwork within the organization and department.
Set up and enforce guidelines to enable compliance with the Minimum Internal Control Standards.
Conduct effective financial planning and forecasting.
Conduct daily audits on all aspects of Bingo games and operations.
