Bingo Agent - On Call
About The Position
Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Bingo Agent to sell bingo cards, accurately maintain the bank, and assist customers in learning and playing bingo. This role involves performing caller duties, verifying winning cards, and distributing winnings. The Bingo Agent will also be responsible for selling tickets, counting bingo cards, and ensuring accurate bank maintenance. Additional duties include calling out numbers over the microphone, providing instructions, announcing prize amounts, and following established cash handling procedures. The role requires reaching for bingo balls, retrieving dropped balls, and traveling through customer seating aisles to collect winning cards, balance, and carry bingo boards. Other duties may be assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time during shift.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
Nice To Haves
- Six (6) months of experience preferred.
Responsibilities
