About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an On Call Front Desk Agent to join their Front Office team. This role is responsible for creating exceptional first and last impressions for guests by delivering a seamless arrival and departure experience. The agent will serve as a key point of contact throughout each guest's stay, responding to requests, anticipating needs, and providing personalized service that reflects Four Seasons' renowned hospitality standards. This position reports to the Front Desk Manager.

Requirements

At least one year of experience in a luxury hotel, hospitality, or guest service environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment.
Guest-centric mindset with an understanding of the importance of personalized service.
Current work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience.
Deliver personalized service by anticipating guest needs and recognizing guest preferences.
Respond promptly and accurately to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in person and by phone.
Provide information regarding hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a focus on guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain accurate guest records and process reservations, room assignments, and payments.
Uphold Four Seasons service standards and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
