Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Two years of bindery experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to set-up and operate at least one large bindery machine
- Mechanical aptitude for bindery equipment
Responsibilities
- Ensures machines are in good working order; ensures jobs are set-up correctly by preapproved blueline or sample; obtains approval from supervisor before proceeding
- Maintains benchmarked productivity standards
- Uses data collection computer system to document time worked and materials used for each job
- Ensures that all work areas are clean
- Performs other related duties as assigned
