To strengthen our motivated Bindery Team at our plant in Indianapolis, IN we are looking for a highly competent Bindery Folder Operator.
Requirements
- Ability to read and understand written English.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing and machinery.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including decimal and fraction conversions.
Responsibilities
- Learn how to efficiently operate a folding machine.
- Monitor each run to ensure products meet clients' specifications.
- Correct and replace any non-standard work while monitoring scrap/waste.
- Package product to clients' specifications.
- Perform line clearance requirements between production runs.
- Troubleshoot machine operation according to procedure.
