The BIM Technician will be responsible for documenting redmarks generated by design personnel into Autocadd or Revit for projects. The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include preparing design documents appropriate for the project and in accordance with company standards, inputting redmarks into the appropriate BIM program, reviewing drawings to ensure that all redmarks have been completed correctly, monitoring project status and development to meet project deadlines, and coordinating manpower needs weekly with the EOR for the project. This position requires night and weekend work at times to complete projects to meet deadlines. Ten hours of BIM specific training will be required each year. Although attending vendor classes are encouraged to keep up with technology, this will not count toward the 10 hours of training.
