About The Position
HCS Engineers, LLC is a consulting engineering firm providing professional Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Technology Systems engineering services for commercial, healthcare, education, laboratory, and pharmaceutical buildings. HCS is located in Doral, Florida, with access from SR 826 or SR 836. The CAD/Revit Technician acts as the CAD/Revit project coordinator. The role includes setting up projects, drafting markups, creating details, printing drawings and documents for client distribution, and assisting project managers with general day-to-day tasks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate with clients verbally and in writing.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree or technical certification in Drafting Technology, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate CAD/Revit project activities, including setting up projects.
- Draft markups and create details.
- Print drawings and documents for client distribution.
- Assist project managers with general day-to-day tasks.
