BIM Detailer – Data Center
About The Position
The BIM Detailer supports large-scale electrical data center construction projects. Working closely with BIM Modelers, this role develops and refines 3D models, produces detailed shop drawings, and supports project coordination and prefabrication activities. The role calls for hands-on electrical BIM detailing experience, strong software skills, and an understanding of electrical systems and construction requirements. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modeling or detailing within electrical construction.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related BIM software.
- Understanding of electrical systems, conduit routing, and construction coordination.
- Experience with clash detection and multidisciplinary trade coordination.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities
- Support BIM Modelers with detailing and development of large-scale data center projects.
- Produce and update shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Assist with clash detection, model coordination, and resolution of design conflicts.
- Develop detailed drawings to support electrical prefabrication and field installation.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project markups.
- Maintain accurate BIM files and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure models reflect actual site installation requirements.
