We work closely with designers, engineers, and builders to turn complex ideas into clear, buildable documentation. The BIM Designer/Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping project models accurate, organized, and constructible. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented Revit expert who enjoys production work and wants exposure to BIM coordination without owning overall BIM governance. You’ll support projects day-to-day while collaborating in a multi-discipline environment.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of hands-on Revit experience in a production or design role
• Experience producing construction documents from Revit models
• Strong understanding of BIM fundamentals and model organization
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• High attention to detail and strong collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in architectural, MEP, structural, or industrial modeling
• Exposure to Navisworks, ACC Model Coordination, or clash detection workflows
• Experience with Scan-to-BIM, point clouds, or ReCap
• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans and LOD requirements
• Interest in growing BIM coordination skills over time

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain Revit models, drawings, and sheet sets across project phases
• Create and manage Revit families, templates, and model standards
• Produce construction and record drawings directly from Revit models
• Perform self-QA/QC to ensure model accuracy, LOD compliance, and documentation quality
• Support coordination activities such as clash review and model checks under BIM Lead direction
