About The Position
The BIM Coordinator is responsible for planning system routing, managing trade interfaces, and ensuring accurate coordination views and deliverables. Acting as the primary link between Leads and Modelers, this role drives technical direction, enforces BIM standards, and supports clash resolution throughout the project lifecycle. This is a good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
