About The Position
Legacy Commercial Property is seeking a BIM/CAD Technician to join its Design and Construction team. The role assists with schematic design drawings, architectural site plans, full construction drawings, and as-built drawings, contributing to the company’s real estate development process. The position is full-time and on-site at the company’s Brentwood office. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time.
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Understanding of Model Code Requirements.
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with architects and/or civil engineers.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Produce as-built drawings.
- Produce construction drawings.
- Prepare architectural site plans.
- Review tenant drawings.
- Prepare marketing drawings.
- Prepare leasing drawings.
- Coordinate with design consultants.
- Assist with schematic design drawings and full construction drawings.
