Requirements
- Able to pass background checks as it pertains to the position
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Incredible attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time-management skills
Responsibilities
- Verify and load insurance
- Review claims prior to submission to ensure accuracy
- Work denials and open claims
- Answering e-mails and messages for intake personnel, referrals and payers
- Answer billing calls and assist our customers with questions regarding their billing
