Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in billing, collections, accounting, or a related field preferred
Experience in a call center or high-volume customer environment is a plus

Responsibilities

Deliver a positive, professional customer experience on every interaction
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats related to billing and account inquiries
Resolve billing discrepancies quickly and accurately
Process payments and assist with collections in a respectful, customer-friendly manner
Maintain accurate account documentation and follow established processes
Meet performance expectations including attendance and quality standards (85%+ QA score)
Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional needs as required
