Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong numerical aptitude and analytical abilities.
Ability to efficiently multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, billing, or a related field preferred.
Experience with accounting or ERP software is preferred.
Experience in the construction, service, or HVAC industry is a plus.
Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and send customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Create, maintain, and manage client accounts and billing records.
Investigate and reconcile account discrepancies and billing issues.
Coordinate with service, project, and accounting departments to ensure the accuracy of billing information.
Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
Resolve billing concerns and follow up on outstanding issues to completion.
Maintain meticulous records and documentation related to billing activities.
Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Ensure compliance with company policies and established billing procedures.
